My current understanding - in brief - of the Great Shift now occurring

What's going on in the world today?
Right now, today, and over the next few years, something is happening that is bigger than anything that's ever happened in known history - far bigger. It's a major happening in the Creators' plan, where this part of creation will be completed and a new one will begin. (ref. 1,2)
We are now taking part in The Great Shift. After that will come....new living, a new way of being and living.
What's the Great Shift?
It's the shift from one dimension of Creation to another. This universe is both physical and non-physical (energy, intelligence, spirit, consciousness) and has many dimensions ("In my Father's house are many mansions").
There are eighteen dimensions, of which the lowest seven are the inhabited creations.
We have been living in the 3rd dimension, lower than the Creator had ever intended (the Biblical "Fall of Man from the Garden of Eden" was our fall from the 5th dimension where we were supposed to be).
We are now rising through the 4th and into the 5th dimension - "shifting" into higher dimensions. Returning to The Garden of Eden. (ref. 3)
What is the difference between dimensions?
It is primarily a difference of energy frequencies, or vibrations ("vibes"). The lower the vibes, the more densely physical; the higher the vibes, the more spiritual or "ethereal". We can't see into higher dimensions (angelic, elemental - both "light" and "dark"), but we can see lower dimensions (animal, vegetable and mineral creations).
The different dimensions co-exist in, broadly speaking, the same space, rather like different radio frequencies are all around us but we are hearing only the one we are tuned into.
How is it happening?
Our sun is rising in vibration, as we can already see in its much whiter light these days. This is happening as our whole solar system is moving into part of our Milky Way galaxy which has a higher vibrational energy. The other planets of our solar system are also experiencing atmospheric and climatic changes. (ref.4) Also, higher energy streams are being beamed to Earth from elsewhere in the universe, from quasars, supernovae, etc. This is deliberate, and part of the orchestrated plan of Creation. All of this is having the effect of raising our vibes. We will soon start seeing the angelic realms.
How long will it take?
The moment of the Great Shift will be during 2011 or 2012 or 2013. There are several dates which look like the appointed time. (Ref.1) The actual moment of the Shift might be obvious, but might not. No-one seems to know for sure. Well, some people put dates on it, and one source says the world will literally end on 21st December 2012. (Ref.5) The outward effects of "shifting" are now becoming apparent as we look at news from around the world. These will accelerate and magnify greatly over the next 3 to 5 years and then settle into a new equilibrium over some time afterwards, though our experience of time may be completely different then. (Ref.6)
What kind of new equilibrium will that be?
No-one seems to know for sure; it is most likely to be a 5th dimensional "Heaven on Earth", a new "Garden of Eden", though that wouldn't necessarily be your idea of "Heaven on Earth". There probably won't be Mercedes-Benz or BMWs, or cars of any sort. Sentient spacecraft, maybe, but not ours.
Why us?
It's not about us. It's about the Creators' plan. We are here for the ride, to understand how these things work; or not, as our choice goes.
Creators' - plural? I thought there was only one.
There's only one if you consider it to be a Trinity. Trinity, Trimurti or Triune = three parts. It's made up of Intelligence, Substance and Energy. Alpha, Omega and the Only Begotten. (Ref. 7) The Creator, Maintainer and Destroyer. (Ref.8)
What is the Creators' Plan?
It's to create. The plan for this particular creation is to create 14 super-universes, of which our universe is the 7th. The first seven have been masculine, positive matter; the next seven will be feminine, anti-matter. The 8th super-universe is about to begin, based on the completion of the creation of this universe (note: not the end, but the end of the process of creation) which will be complete when the Great Shift has occurred and those of us who will go forward into the new creation have attained the Christ consciousness ("What would Jesus do?").
What's our relationship to the Creators?
We are part of the Creators' creation. We are souls, created by the Creators. We are sparks of the Creators' light. We have a direct connection to the Creators, with no-one in between. There is no distance between our soul and the Creators. (Ref.9) The Creators are within us (our physical bodies), because our soul is within us. We are learning to become Creators in our own right, having helped the Creators to fulfil their own plan. The "ride" we are on is to witness, live through, play our part in and learn from this Great Shift.
What it's all about
Ultimately, it's about the development of consciousness; our consciousness, and even the Creators' consciousness. Even the Creators are learning.
Who knows about this? Why haven't I heard before?
Many people know, thanks mainly to the Internet. In fact, the development of consciousness came to widespread awareness back in the 1960s. Some people continued on that track; most didn't. However, there are people who don't want everyone to develop their consciousness, and have distracted our attention so that we won't.
Who doesn't want us to develop our consciousness?
It's the people in power ("the powers-that-be", TPTB, who are now, today, "the powers-that-were", TPTW) who don't want us to wake up to who we really are (souls, in direct relationship to the Creators), and what our own power is. There's a very small number of people who really run the world. The most obvious evidence is in the economic system - how, through creating all new money as debt, it's designed to enrich and empower the people at the very top of the economic tree and enslave the rest of us to the repayment of debt with interest. Those people run the governments in the developed world; we live in a plutocracy (rule by the rich) not in a democracy (rule by the people). They run the press and media, so information about the Great Shift has been suppressed.
Aren't those people souls too?
Yes, but they're souls who have chosen to use their power for their own benefit, not for the unfolding of the Creators'plan as the Creators intended in creating us. They are on the side of "the dark", "Satan", "Lucifer" and "the fallen angels". They have chosen a different path from the Creators and they are attempting to preserve themselves and their power by preventing the Great Shift from happening. However, they can't do that. They can only be swept away, as they are now being swept away. We, who are working to fulfil the Creators' plan, are sweeping them away by waking up to the power they have used against us.
They are now, officially, TPTW, "the powers-that-were".
What will become of us?
We will begin to become angels; gods in the making; firstly, though, we will become immortal souls and that can happen as you read this. You simply need to acknowledge that's what you are. It's what the religions should have been teaching us, but somehow failed to do (that was the doing of TPTW).
Our physical bodies will rejuvenate to look about 35 years old and become immortal. That's what they were designed to grow to, as an optimum biological age, and survive for 900-1000 years. We're already doing this, slowly but increasingly so. Today people are growing older but looking younger than older people used to look. Accelerate that, and older people will rejuvenate and look younger than they did before. Before, our body died and our soul went to Heaven (a higher dimension). From the time of the Great Shift, our bodies won't die and our soul will stay with the body forever.
Our body will become more subtle, less dense, a "body of light" as compared with what we have now. But from the higher dimension that we'll be in, it might look just the same as we have now.
What about our day-to-day lives?
There's a universal principle which applies in all dimensions: "As above, so below". So there will be a physical world which will look solid; but there will be more colours; there will be more "life" apparent in solid things; it will be possible to create what we desire, with much less effort than it takes now; we won't need so much food, or shelter; the climate will be sub-tropical everywhere; there will be no seasons, as is the case today around the Equator. There will be no money (which is a man-made aberration). Exchanges will be made through giving, or sharing, according to need. We will serve each other, the planet, and the Will of the Creators, and in return other people, the planet and the Creators will meet our needs, e.g. food will be naturally abundant as it was before mankind became greedy and then outstretched, corrupted and defiled the natural resource.
Serving each other seems highly unlikely
Not everyone will survive the Great Shift. There are only two types of people - those who mainly serve themselves - Service to Self individuals (STS), and those who mainly serve others - Service to Others individuals (STO). The STS will probably not survive the Great Shift, or those who do will not be able to cooperate with others to survive for long. They will die and, in due course, be reincarnated on a 3rd dimensional planet elsewhere in the universe. It might not be as pleasant as Earth but will offer opportunities for learning, as has Earth.
The STO individuals will have no difficulty adjusting to a cooperative way of life in which giving and sharing are the norm.
What will happen between now and the Shift?
There will probably be an increased, accelerating and worsening, incidence of disasters such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, hurricanes/cyclones, floods, droughts and other natural disasters, pandemics and plagues, and economic collapses.
People will become increasingly unsettled by these events which already seem to be getting worse. Hopefully most people will learn, because word will spread, that the Shift is about to happen and it is, overwhelmingly, a positive thing to be happening; and that for those who don't survive the Shift dying is not the end but merely something we have done many times before - simply a return home from a school term, literally, and to be anticipated with glee.
Can we start building the post-Shift world?
Who knows what the post-Shift world will look like? We will have to rebuild from scratch. The key will be survival through the post-Shift years. This will involve gathering communities together on a small scale, finding food, water, shelter and basic power sources, and beginning to build something more permanent.
Cities, towns, suburbs, resorts and other man-made areas have been built on an economic demand-supply base which will disappear, and thus the raison d'etre for maintaining such areas will disappear. They should be evacuated and allowed to decay except as a refuge for STS individuals who will scavenge for as long as possible, but not for long. STO individuals may help them, but it will be difficult because STS individuals do not cooperate well.
The more probable model for future living is the pre-industrial, pre-hierarchical model of the unconquered society such as Anglo-Saxon England, where communities developed organically, cooperatively and sustainably. Larger communities developed as population grew, on the demand-supply paradigm but while memory of pre-Shift years serves, this may not be encouraged.
Surely something can be done today?
Best to prepare people for big changes to come. Best to prepare STO individuals for big changes to come, and STO individuals might listen long enough to start adjusting and preparing. STS individuals would probably not listen, despite one's best efforts to wake them up. Local authorities will be too preoccupied with holding the present paradigm together, unless a strong, charismatic STO individual can take the lead.
The falsely perceived and publicised threat of man-caused climate change provides welcome opportunities to de-scale the energy usage of cities and towns and increase their self-reliance and self-sufficiency. This will help to up-skill and build STO communities, consistent with foreseeable post-Shift needs.
The countryside could be re-populated with sustainable communities. Low-impact energy sources could be developed for use 'off the grid' in anticipation of losing 'the grid' during the Shift.
Aren't we expecting aliens to come and help us?
Some are expecting aliens to come and help us, but most aliens are busy keeping TPTW in check. TPTW ("the-powers-that-were" who used to be "the-powers-that-be") have developed space-travelling vehicles, and weaponry far, far beyond anything the rest of us have any conception of. They've been spending our money developing ultra-high technologies since the 1940s and the UFOs that many people have been seeing are predominantly "ours", Earth-manufactured spacecraft.
Aliens from many parts of our galaxy, perhaps even other galaxies, are keenly focussed on Earth as the potential source of a destructive evil so great that millions upon millions of alien spacecraft are presently patrolling the Kuiper Belt which surrounds our solar system, to make sure no TPTW spacecraft and weaponry are allowed to exit the solar system. This is a genuine threat to the safety of the galaxy and must be prevented at all costs, even at the cost of maintaining millions of inconceivably large spacecraft for years on end around our solar system.
So no, the aliens aren't coming to help us. They will come when we have settled into a peaceful post-Shift era on Earth. Then we will become honoured members of the galactic community, honoured because we will have survived the existence of a great evil (TPTW) and the Shift of our planet into a higher dimension and a new Garden of Eden.
We will be honoured because those of us who survive will be the forerunners of a new super-universe. So we don't need to call upon the aliens to help us. We can do what we need to do, all on our own. This is why we are here. We are the ones we have been waiting for.
